Parents may submit items for inclusion on the agenda of upcoming School Council meetings up to ten days prior to the statutory session. Our delegates review all submissions, synthesize common themes, and present formal queries to the faculty and municipal representatives.
During extreme weather events (such as winter frost, heavy snow, or high wind warnings issued by Météo-France for Brittany), school bus cancellations or delayed opening schedules are communicated by our parent delegates via email circulars and SMS alerts in immediate coordination with the transport authority of Dinan Agglomération.
In accordance with French associative transparency legislation, any member of the public or school parent may request to inspect the official register of the association, minutes of past General Assemblies, and verified annual financial accounts.
